Refund policy
Eligibility
Paid cohort seats and workshops booked directly with Endpoint Route Grid may be refunded according to the rules below. Complimentary seats and partner-sponsored placements follow the partner agreement instead.
Timeframe
Request a full refund at least 14 days before the published start date. Requests inside 14 days may receive a partial refund of 50% if materials have not been released. After the first live session begins, tuition is generally non-refundable.
Full or partial refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort or when you cancel outside the 14-day window with written notice. Partial refunds may apply for documented medical emergencies at our discretion, typically up to 50% of unused sessions.
Non-refundable items
Printed canvas kits already shipped, third-party venue fees for private on-site labs, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable.
Process
Email contact@endpoint-routegrid.digital with your full name, invoice number, and cohort dates. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days beyond our transfer.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Serbian law remain unaffected. If a statutory cooling-off period applies to your distance contract, those rights take priority over this policy where they conflict.
